About steph

I was introduced to yoga when I was in college, but fell in love with the practice while living in New York City. There I cultivated a deep love of yoga. It kept me grounded as I navigated my 20s. The mat always felt like home when I was lost, my own sort of therapeutic dance floor. I was awed at what my body could do with a little breath. I marveled at my ability to get out of my head and into my body. I began to live more in the present. To control the chatter of the mind and find more ease, in New York City of all places.

I want to help others do the same. To own their being and live their truth. To express themselves fully and honor their spirit. For me yoga was the answer. Maybe it’s yours too.

Steph has completed her RYT® 200 Hour yoga certification, trained in Lotus Flow. She has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years.
